Our Qualifications

With more than 30 years of successful experience in hiring, managing, recruiting and placing personnel in the environmental consulting industry, the founder, Dave Morris, has served as both a Principal, Operating Unit Manager, Operating Committee Member, Director of Business Development and partner with an international environmental consulting firm and as a Corporate Account manager for a major industrial and hazardous waste management firm.  In those roles he has developed an extremely deep network of technical, business development, seller doers and managers in the consulting arena and a broad base of relationships with hiring managers of top tier environmental consulting firms across the country.  As a result of this experience on “both sides of the desk”, there are a number of advantages both a client and a candidate will receive.
