Our Qualifications

With more than 30 years of successful experience in hiring, managing, recruiting and placing personnel in the environmental consulting industry, the founder, Dave Morris, has served in various roles including Operating Unit Director, Operating Committee Member, National Business Development Director, creator and leader of a National Business Development Team and Principal/Partner with an international environmental consulting firm and as a Corporate Account manager for a major industrial and hazardous waste management firm.  In those roles he has developed an extremely deep national network of technical professionals, business development experts, seller doers, managers and executives in the consulting arena along with a broad base of relationships with hiring managers of top tier environmental consulting firms across the country.  As a result of this experience on “both sides of the desk”, there are a number of advantages both a client and a candidate will receive.
